How does deciqAI work?

deciqAI works in three steps: open the engagement in one click, let the agent identify, check and chase the client's documents, then turn the checked file into workpapers, a computed filing calendar, and advisory drafts the professional signs.

Three steps, from one client file to your signature

01

Open the engagement with one click

Pick the client and what the engagement covers. The agent reads last year's return to work out what is actually needed this year, then sends the client an encrypted upload link. No account for them, nothing to install, nothing to rename.

02

The agent identifies, checks, and chases

Each file is identified by what it is rather than what it is called, filed against the checklist, and read for the wrong year, the wrong account, or an unreadable scan. Anything wrong goes back the same day with the reason. What is still missing gets chased, in English or Chinese, until it lands. You look at the exceptions, not the inbox.

03

A checked file becomes work you can sign

The collected package is read for what does not add up, a filing calendar is computed in code from the client's own facts, and advisory drafts are produced from figures traced back to the return or the statute. Every draft carries its evidence. The filing position and the signature stay with the licensed professional.

Frequently asked questions

What is deciqAI?

deciqAI is an agent platform for CPA and EA practices and the business owners they serve. It runs 58 specialist agents to turn client documents into reviewable workpapers, compute a filing calendar from the client's own records, and draft advisory work the professional reviews and signs.

How does deciqAI work?

You open an engagement in one click; the client uploads through an encrypted link with no account. The agent identifies each file, checks it against the checklist, sends back what is wrong, and chases what is missing. What survives that check feeds the workpapers, the filing calendar, and the advisory drafts.

Who is deciqAI for?

CPA and EA practices, and small-business owners who hold the documents. Practices use it for intake, chasing, and advisory they can bill; owners use it to send everything at once and to see what they owe and when. Both sides work on the same engagement.

Does deciqAI give tax advice?

No. deciqAI identifies documents, computes deadlines, flags what appears to cross a threshold, and drafts. It never takes a filing position and never tells a taxpayer a form is not required. A licensed CPA or EA reviews every draft and signs it.

How is this different from TaxDome or a client portal?

A portal gives the client a place to drop files; someone on your team still opens each one to see what it is. deciqAI reads the file, matches it to the checklist, rejects the wrong year with the reason, and keeps chasing on its own. The chase runs without a person driving it.

How is deciqAI different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT answers from training data and stops at the answer. deciqAI works on the client's actual files, computes deadlines in code rather than generating them, cites the statute behind each figure, and runs the loop — sending, rejecting, chasing — until the package is complete.

Where do the deadlines and thresholds come from?

Deadlines are computed in code from the client's own facts, including weekend and holiday roll-forward, so a model never writes a date. Thresholds are applied from the statute, and each obligation on the board has to cite the fact that put it there. No fact, no deadline.

Is my client data private?

Client files are scoped to the engagement they were uploaded against and are visible to the practice that opened it. The client's upload link is signed and carries no account, so nothing of theirs is exposed to other clients. You control what leaves the system: anything outbound waits for your approval.

What does it cost?

Chat is free and the first engagement costs nothing to try. Paid plans start when you run real client volume. The pricing page has the current plans.

How do I get started?

Sign up and bring one client file. There is no setup, no integration, and no data migration — you can point the obligation radar at your own practice first, which uses no client data at all, and see what it finds before any client is involved.
