1. Introduction

DeciqAI ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") respects the privacy of our users ("user" or "you"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our application.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect on the site includes:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company information
• User preferences and interests
• Other information you voluntarily provide

Automatically Collected Information

• Device information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
• Usage data (pages visited, time spent, interactions)
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

3. Use of Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the site to:

4. Google User Data and Google API Services

DeciqAI integrates with Google Calendar so that users can optionally sync tasks with due dates from our Journey feature into their personal Google Calendar. This section describes how we access, use, store, and share data obtained through Google API Services, in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4.1 Scopes We Request

We request only the minimum scope necessary to provide the calendar sync feature:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events — to create, update, and delete calendar events corresponding to tasks the user has explicitly created in DeciqAI.

4.2 How We Use Google User Data

We use the data obtained from Google API Services exclusively to:

• Create events on the user's primary Google Calendar that correspond to tasks the user has created in the DeciqAI Journey feature.
• Update or delete those same events when the user edits or removes the corresponding task in DeciqAI.

We do not read the user's existing calendar events, do not access any calendar other than the primary calendar, and do not use Google user data for any purpose unrelated to the sync feature described above.

4.3 What We Store

• An OAuth refresh token and a short-lived access token, stored encrypted on our servers, used only to make authorized calendar.events API calls on the user's behalf.
• The Google-generated event ID for each task the user syncs, so we can update or delete the correct event later.

We do not copy, cache, or persist the contents of any Google Calendar events on our servers.

4.4 Limited Use Commitment

DeciqAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing calendar sync feature described in this section.
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide or improve the feature, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to users.
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, including personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data, unless we obtain the user's affirmative consent for specific messages, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and used for internal operations in a way that cannot be used to identify any individual user.
• We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

4.5 Revocation and Data Deletion

Users may revoke DeciqAI's access to their Google Calendar at any time by:

• Clicking "Disconnect Google Calendar" in the DeciqAI Settings page, which causes us to delete the stored refresh token and access token from our database; or
• Visiting https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing DeciqAI's access, which immediately invalidates our tokens.

To request deletion of all remaining data associated with your account (including stored event IDs), contact us at support@deciqai.com. Events previously written to the user's Google Calendar remain under the user's sole control and can be deleted by the user directly in Google Calendar.

5. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations:

• By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to comply with the law
• Service Providers: We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us, including payment processors, cloud storage providers, and analytics services
• Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

Exception for Google user data: Notwithstanding the above, information obtained through Google API Services (as described in Section 4) is not shared with third parties for any of the general purposes listed above, and is handled exclusively in accordance with Section 4 and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

6. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, perfect security does not exist on the Internet. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords and usernames and for restricting access to your devices. We will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or email.
